Sweet Fried Plantains
Here’s a stack of gorgeouly caramelized tandoori chicken. No plating, no nothing. Just grub time, but I do like my cutlery lol

Jacked-up greek salad…I’m eating the whole entire bowl and not sharing lol!
latenight spanish coffee, no whipped cream, darn!!!! #deadlinesgotmelike
And my final creation as simple as it started w only a few ingredients turned into this lovely starter. I have red wine and saffron poached octopus laced over a glossy pomegranate glaze w a side of spicy red pepper and green onion salad and steamed broccolini. I finished it w a drizzle of shallot, oregano oil. I can’t get over how fun improving is!
Poaching liquid is just oh so good. I love improvising! I let it go for about 30 mins to let flavours meld together before putting in Mr. Octopus
When I wanna make my yummy eight legged friend Mr. octopus and I don’t have a lot of ingredients cuz I’ve been away and haven’t had time to shop. Here’s a briny 1lb-er, with green onions, red onions, carrot, saffron, celery salt, paprika and red wine that I forgot to include in pic
U’re my second glass, it’s still early, I’mmma lay off lol
leftovers never tasted so good! lamb chops are a little over cooked cuz they’re leftovers but still delish
