My own blend for an amazing afternoon tea! It’s gorgeous to look at, healthy with tons of antioxidants and caffeine free for suckers like me who can’t tolerate much of it. It’s got goji berries, cinnamon bark, golden dates, ginger and star anise. No sugar needed cuz dates and goji berries are sweet. Just boil with water, strain or I like to just let it steep forever to really get all the oils. Fantastic!
